We ship our products in a reusable, insulated cooler and ice packs to insure your products arrive as fresh as possible and in good condition. We are able to get your package to you or your gift recipient when you want it there. When you place your order, you can select your own date of delivery based on availability. We will schedule delivery to arrive as close as possible to your requested date.

The shipping and handling charges are based on the following information: We ship on Monday and Tuesday of each week. This assures delivery by the weekend. All orders taken Monday through Saturday are shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday. To preserve the integrity of our products, they are not packaged until we receive your order. Because of this, same day shipping is not possible.

All orders are shipped via UPS, either by Ground or 2nd Day.  

UPS ground service is ONLY available in the following states: Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, Illinois and Wisconsin. All other states except, Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped UPS 2nd Day service. If you request something to be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, please e-mail us or call (888) 786-3287 and we will make special shipping arrangements based on the current rates.

Holiday Orders - Because of the busy shipping season before Christmas, we will be sending out your Holiday gifts by December 10th. We ship only on Monday and Tuesday so that the product arrives before the weekend. To have enough time to process your order, we ask that you get your selections in prior to that date as your gifts are made to order. We always try and accomodate our customers as best as we can.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Be sure all addresses are correct and include daytime phone numbers for each recipient. If the address is incorrect, we cannot be responsible for packages shipped to a wrong address.

Gift Messages

Your specific greeting of up to 2 lines each will appear on the shipping label of the package. If you want a greeting or business card included in the package, this will have to be dealt with through e-mail, so special arrangements can be made. If no special greeting is indicate for an item being sent to someone other than yourself, the message will read "Greetings" or "Happy Holidays" from: (Your Name)

Payment Info

We accept Visa and Mastercard when placing your order. We cannot accept cash, nor can we ship COD. Payment is due at the time your order is placed. If you have a coupon or special offer you would like to use, there is a place in the order section where you can put the number of the specific offer that will automatically take off the value of the offer from your order.
